Pre-Departure Support
The month before you fly — what we handle, what you handle.
The two weeks before departure are the busiest stretch of the whole journey. We use a written checklist so nothing slips, and we hold a final video meeting with you and your parents in the last week.

Booking your outbound flight (with one parent if needed)
Coordinating with the university for airport pickup
Hostel allocation confirmation in writing
Initial currency exchange and forex card setup guidance
Health insurance enrolment (where the university does not auto-enrol)
Pre-departure orientation call with current students at your university
What you handle
Packing — we share a country-specific list
Final medical checkup and a 6-month vaccine refresh
Local SIM plan choice for India-side contact
A small INR cash float for the first 48 hours
